Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
At a glance it looks very fancy ,"expensive looking but the reality is something else,first staff was very attentive the only good thing.immediately upon arrival we were informed that the key system wasn't working that we had to inform them every single time we needed to return to our room very inconvenient.I asked an employee and was told that it has been two weeks with this problem absurbed really a resort so expensive should of had that fixed right away.second our room had no number was not informed and endlessly looking for our room.the room weren't cleaned properly can see dirt in corners and hairs, conditioners were full of dust like havn't been cleaned in yrs.but wrost is the small roach infestation every where in the kitchen in the bathrooms really disgusting.And finally my last morning i wanted to relax in hottub in the room before heading back home and guess what it didnt work! No maintenance in pool area water was so dirty the pool walls disgusting!my advice to whoever runs this resort is re-train employees make sure rooms are very clean corner to corner make sure everything is in working order.Have a supervisor double check and sign off.i was expecting so much more for the ratings i read but i was very disappointed will never return and I hope whoever reads this is warned and hopefully don't go threw what i went threw.spend your hard earned money somewhere else because this isnt it.
