This beautiful town view condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, it sleeps 4 guests, the bedroom features a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room, there is a well-equipped full bathroom with a hair dryer. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs. Entertainment is provided by a Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights, Bar-B Que on the patio or dine poolside at ‘Three Amigas Cantina’ restaurant and bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling. In the Lobby of the building, you will find a beautiful ‘Nail Bar & Spa’, ‘Serrano’s Bar’ and ‘General Store’. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. This condo is located on the fourth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.
