Currently staying here... quite underwhelmed. 1. They put is in a room on our first night where the master bathroom stank like pee and the bathtub wasn't working. They didn't have any other rooms available even though we had paid for a ocean front 1br suite. They moved us the next day, so after traveling 8+ hrs, we didn't have a good 1st impression. 2. Several buildings are undergoing renovations. The view from the pool is scaffolding and dust from construction. The noise is only drowned by the music blaring at the pool. 3. The service here is beyond awful. Waited for over an hr at the pool bar for a drink. The wait staff continued to ignore us even after seeing us. I don't blame them entirely... the whole world hates Americans. But, to be clear we didn't vote for this mess.

Hotel was under construction and we were not told that when making reservation. The room they gave me had windows that were damaged and you could not see through the windows. Horrible. Room service food was bad.....however, Restraunt was much better The rooms felt wet and humid....need better A/C ...rooms were slightly dated.
