Rooms were large and spacious. Very clean inside and out. Staff was very accommodating and tried their best to assist. However, we had a very hard time getting the TV to work, no one seemed to know how to work it until our last day. Clear multi lingual instructions will help. But all in all, our stay was a nice 7/10 🙂

I loved the scenery and parties. The Food can be better I didn’t really like it, especially Pepe’s food, but overall they need to treat uber services better!!! It’s set up for them to fail and give business to over priced taxi’s already on standby by the resort AND airport. We the people should have the freedom to choose what taxi services we want without getting persuaded to booking a regular taxi or to make it difficult enough to get to an uber without a headache. It’s our money and we should spend it and give it to whomever/services we like!!! Pls contact the resort in regards to their unjust systems with uber drivers. As for the confirming of the rides being legit, that protocol is ok because it ensures safety but the way they do not help out uber drivers at all and make it EXTRA difficult for both the client and worker is ridiculous.

The Riu was fabulous! The resort was super nice and the staff was also. The “adults only” was great- no kids crying, running, splashing in the pool. The evening entertainment was great. I wish they would advertise the events better- time, place and what to expect. We missed out on the first couple of nights because we didn’t know about them. There is themes to the days of the week and that would be good to know when packing for the trip too.

Beautiful property with plenty to do. We enjoyed the themed nights and the pool parties. It gets a bit loud sometimes but we didn’t mind. If you’re a lite sleeper you might need ear plugs. The food was very mid. Nothing special to talk about. Ask for an extra shot with your drinks to make them strong. I chose gray line to shuttle to and from airport it’s about $35 pp. The staff was very sweet we loved the daiquiri bars drinks the most.

The property was pristine and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Only negative things I have to say is that the noise control was awful - people were very rowdy and loud even in the middle of the night. Staff didn’t seem to control the noise at all. The beach was very choppy and not accessible. I wish there was more communication about this before our trip as we are beach lovers. I also noticed there wasn’t much life guards present when there should have been - the ocean was very volatile. Other than this, the property and staff were so good - I would recommend!

I lived every thing about our stay except one thing. Food facility staff was excelent. The one thing that was terible were the beds. Our room had 2 double beds. Bothe were bad. We only slept a couple hours a night.
