We have stayed here for the past four years. The location is perfect with the marina and shopping only about a 10 minute walk. The poolside service is outstanding and the staff are friendly and attentive. Each night has a different buffet theme, and if you don't like what they're serving, hop on the free shuttle to Sunset and enjoy dining.

We travel to Mexico a lot! This was our first time in Cabo San Lucas, and at any Pueblo Bonito resort. First, the hotel is beautiful. It is not modern and "fancy" but more of a traditional resort in Mexico. The service was incredible, and most employees were so nice and personable. To name just a few from Mare Nostrum, Laura, Daniel (daytime), Luis, Daniel (dinner) and Catalina. Cecilia was the fill in hostess at the Sushi restaurant, she was wonderful. Carlos at the pool was a lifesaver bringing us buckets of water. David and Areli over at Blanco were both very efficient and friendly. All food and beverage was 10/10. We were there for nine nights and never had a meal that was less than excellent. The room was in a perfect location with a wonderful view. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Overall, I love this place. We have already booked a return trip with friends later this year.

The location is convenient and walkable to downtown. My biggest complaint was the lack of cleaning in the main areas, hallways, etc. Dirty dishes in the common hallways, elevators not cleaned, etc.
