Set at the highest point in Playa Grande Estates, this thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience—just a short walk to the beach, surf shops, restaurants, and all the charm of this vibrant coastal town. Playa Grande is world-renowned for its consistent waves, beautiful beaches, and laid-back atmosphere, making it a favorite for surfers and travelers alike.

The Property

Casa Cadejo includes two separate homes, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together.



The main house is a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that blends concrete and natural wood for a warm, modern aesthetic. Air conditioning in each bedroom ensures comfort, while large windows and open spaces invite in the ocean breeze.



The ground floor features a bedroom/den, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar overlooking the private pool. With an outdoor dining area and easy access to the pool, it’s perfect for relaxed, sun-soaked days.



The second floor offers two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a full indoor kitchen, and a cozy dining area.



In the guest room, you can choose to keep the beds separated or have them joined together as a king-size bed, whatever suits you better. The same applies to the king-size beds on the second floors, which can can be split into two singles. Just let the concierge know what you prefer. We’ll be happy to accommodate you.



Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Both levels are fully equipped with their own kitchens, bathrooms, and sleeping areas—allowing them to function as two self-contained apartments. This layout is perfect for multi-family groups or guests seeking a bit of separation and privacy during their stay.

The detached wooden studio casita provides even more privacy. Tucked slightly away from the main house, it’s a peaceful, self-contained space ideal for a remote workspace, an extra bedroom, or a quiet personal retreat.
