Il soggiorno in sé è stato piacevole e la descrizione dell’alloggio ha rispettato le aspettative e le foto; la pulizia era ottima.
Pessimo livello di accoglienza per varie ragioni:
1) per agevolare check-in e la mia organizzazione ho chiamato qualche giorno prima per verificare la possibilità di inviare con anticipo i miei documenti in modo da poter essere più veloci il giorno dell’arrivo e mi è stato comunicato un numero a cui mandarli, così ho fatto. Peccato che il giorno dell’arrivo, siano stati richiesti nuovamente i documenti inviati con messaggi automatici, che non hanno tenuto conto delle comunicazioni pregresse. Inoltre l’host, quando ho fatto notare il disallineamento informativo, con tono irritato mi ha scritto che “nessuno me li aveva chiesti” e che non sarebbe stato “affar mio sindacare sulla loro organizzazione del lavoro”. Vi chiedo io, chi dovrebbe sindacare se non un cliente trattato in maniera poco educata?
2) le informazioni di ingresso sono poco precise, si fa riferimento ad un “secondo portone” che in realtà è il primo.
3) i 2 apri porta automatici funzionano male, spesso bisogna premere 2/3 volte e aspettare in strada anche svariati minuti
