The accommodation is located in a strategic position, in the historic and central district of San Benedetto, served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating via hot and cold split, independent entrance, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.



The accommodation is located a few steps from the center of Cagliari and is located in the historic district of San Benedetto. An area equipped with all essential services: schools, transport, shops, bars, supermarkets. It is located in the area that extends from the homonymous square, radiating, for the commercial and residential streets. The neighborhood boasts, among its streets, some famous throughout the city for the special services they offer to the public: Via Dante, is full of shops, some become historic now, of considerable importance the clinic Villa Elena, located almost at the end of the street, Via Paoli and Via Pergolesi.

Via San Benedetto is the historic street of the neighborhood, the first to have taken shape where it was exclusively countryside. Here stood convent and church and, around them, houses and shops of various kinds, especially fast food, bars and pizzerias to take away. For its importance in the connection between the cities of Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena, this street was remembered by people in the past with the name of Via Quartu.

-From Cagliari Elmas Mario Mameli: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the train transport from the Elmas Airport terminal to the stop Cagliari, continue with the bus n. 1N to the stop Cagliari Buon Pastore only 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

Alternatively you can take a taxi (about 17 minutes).



-From Cagliari Centrale station you have many public transport lines to reach the apartment: 30/ QEX with stop Cagliari Buon Pastore only 3 minutes walk from the apartment.



-For those traveling by car: you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the street near the property or you can park in the street for a fee (blue stripes) or at the paid parking PARKAR S.r.l, in Via Francesco Cocco Ortu, just 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
