Staff lady behind the desk was friendly and professional, service with a smile. Easy as check in a and she arranged shuttle to airport in the morning straight away. Aircon was poweful and bed comfortable. Shuttle driver was a great bloke and right on time, friendly chat all the way top the airport which is only 15 minutes away. All in all, great value for money

Loction is fine, staff are friendly but my room was tired and dated. Fridge was faulty either off, or so cold it froze the milk were the 2 settings. Bed which was a queen size, was old and 2 twin beds joined together, very uncomfortable. Curtains, nets, bed sheets, pillow cases all slightly stained and or had holes in. Hate to be negative as staff were lovely.

The property is in an excellent location, being just an easy walk from the beach and downtown Cairns. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The property itself was clean and quiet and the room was nice. However, there was no AC in the room and there wasn’t a fan so the room was uncomfortably hot and sticky. Otherwise a great place, would recommend

Good location, very walkable to promenade. Clean rooms and very helpful front desk staff. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. They have a BBQ which guests can use. Not a fancy hotel but very clean and great for the price.
