Lovely resort feel. Definitely a little oasis so close to the Esplanade. Staff excellent. Feedback - Staff slow to clean up food and beverage foodstuff waste. It’s left on tables far too long preventing people wanting to take a seat or sun lounge because of the leftover waste. Also birds come and feed off the leftovers.

This resort is in a great location and had an awesome pool for the kids (minus the water being freezing)! The rooms were pretty standard, beds are definitely on the older side and there is no fan in the bathroom so a lot of condensation on the ceiling which is starting to discolour. Our toilet also kept making running sounds every 5 minutes which kept the kids up at night and was very annoying. The staff here are so lovely and the cocktails are amazing! Although it wasn’t the most modern or up to date rooms I would stay here again!

Room was ok. Requested a room with pool view BUT didn’t get to stay in one. We were in room looking at the back of pergola area over outdoor breakfast area. Rooms at the Novotel appeared to be recently renovated and clean. Bathroom was very small but very clean. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean as well. But there were these tiny bugs that were crawling around, and our AC literally leaked on the floor. They came and sprayed for the bugs and put some towels under the AC. The staff were all nice and pleasurable. The exterior of the property looked terrible though. Very dirty and old and run down. It was an okay stay for the short time we were there but I wouldn't stay again.

Great facilities, great food. Really good family resort. Rooms are a little small and marginally dated. Smallest inroom fridge I have ever seen. I would still return to this resort despite the rooms being on the less desired side.

This resort is absolutely beautiful, the room was great. Bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the bar fridge doesnt get cold at all. The property itself is very well taken care of, always nice and clean. Housing keeping staff were amazing always asking if we needed anything. The food in the restaurant was fantastic!! Best steak ive ever had. It was a little strange that you dont get table service in the restaurant, you have to go outside to the bar to order food. The pool is really nice, but we were very disappointed that we paid for a pool view room and didn't get it. But over all we had a great holiday at this beautiful resort.
