Great location at the southern end of the Esplanade. Lovely views of the coral sea and rainforest. Room was ready early. Buffet breakfast is stock standard but totally fine ($25 for guests). Housekeeping did a great job. Would stay again. Very convenient for the Convention Centre and reef / cruise terminal.

Good location, bars, dining, 10 minutes to airport. Only negative was work being done on one of the floors above us but the noise was minimal and only during the day, renovations can’t be avoided.

Bed bugs, leaking roof, fresh towels were dirty and staff shortages. Elevator buttons held in with tape and lifts not working. If you wish to sleep don't book this hotel due to street noise.

The property is in a great location. Very annoyed with drilling work above our room which we were not made aware of when we checked in. So loud that we could hardly speak over it. Management did not seem to care when we complained about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Cairns. This was our first time visiting Cairns, and we loved it. Pacific offered a comfy bed, perfect location close to lots of restaurants and tourist hubs and a great buffet breakfast onsite too. It's a 20 minute walk to Cairns Central shopping centre and the local railway station. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a venue to stay in Cairns.

Terrible wouldn’t stay again. Loud noises people screaming on Saturday night. The rooms need a freshen up they are extremely ordinary. Good location apart from that wouldn’t stay again

Our large double room was very comfortable, had as large bed, good bathroom and shower pressure, good wardrobe - iron and board, safe, fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. Wifi could have been better. The outdoor furniture was a bonus.

Friendly staff, convenient location, but I paid for a queen size room and we got 2 twins. Additionally I did not appreciate that even though we were delayed due to airplane technical issues (missed a whole day), we were not reimbursed for missing our original check in date.
