We have stayed here a number of times over the years and often choose the Pacific Hotel as it is in a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, night market, shopping centre etc. The staff are always very lovely to deal with and check in/check out is quick and easy. We were even able to check in online the day before our trip and only needed to present to reception to pick up the key, which was fantastic. This time around we chose to spend a bit extra for the Deluxe Balcony room rather than the Superior Balcony room. The room is quite dated and could do with a few upgrades (bathroom door handle was loose, bit of mould on grouting in the shower; not huge issues but for the price compared to other newer hotels, it could be better). Not sure if the extra we paid was just for the view, which was only of the Casino/Hilton etc, not really worth the extra $30 in my opinion. Overall, it is still on our list of places to stay if other options are not available.

Beautiful place to stay. I needed accommodation quickly due to a missed flight. The only thing was no room service which after my stressed afternoon, would have been good. I’d definitely stay here again, my well appointed room was on level 3 with the pool right outside my door- perfect!!

We liked the stay very much. Room was clean, nicely conditioned, well maintained. Only gripe, no Netflix, or other pay tv on the service, other than that great stay.
