Hotel is located in modern part of Cairo close to city stars mall and restaurants. Room is clean and modern. Only complaint was the family apartment was advertised as having 2 Q and 1K bed when in fact it had 2 singles and 1 K. This was not sufficient for our family of 6. They offered us an additional room for a discounted price ($40) per night after much complaining. But this room was on a different floor and we did not feel comfortable being so far away from rest of family. WiFi is glitchy. All in all it is nice for what you pay for. Just confirm bed sizes before booking.
They called this 2 Queens.

Comolained in the first day that our two balcony sliding doors did not close completely nor lock. NOTHING was done about it other than someone coming up to see it. They daid "it's not ipen much." This us Cairo! Constantly noisy and polluted. We were on the first floor. Across from a shisha cafe, one building off a main intersection! I told them that I had asthma wnd could not have the doors open at all They don't take any illness seriously here. Terrible sleep as a result of the polkution and noise. Also did not feel safe nor felt that our valuables were safe Yes, they have a small safe in the office for your valuables but it won't hold everything you don't want taken. Security dies not stand outside, they sit behind a desk in a lobby that's not at street kevel wgile on their cellphones. Never staying there again!
