Room on ground floor- sounded like a bowling alley immediately above us Lucca restaurant charged service plus 3 fees, amounting to 30% extra fees on top of food. Had to ask for water 3 times. Poor and slow service. Dietary listings on menu not correct . Didnt like that 3 year old was crying Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor

She went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Chef Hosam and Mr. Mahmoud at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The food quality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made every meal enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly look forward to visiting again.

1- the furniture has tears and stains. 2- everything was very over priced. 3- stayed 3 nights without heater until they fixed it. 4- the indoor pool is not for kids, which was a disappointment to us. We have booked because of the heated pool but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. 5- not worth the money paid.
