Estadia foi decepcionante em relação a atendimento ao cliente, com recepcionistas com má vontade em resolver assuntos no auxílio a passeios e guias locais e café da manhã extremamente decepcionante sem criatividade e sem culinária local. Exemplo com tantas frutas locais disponíveis para serem oferecidas em forma de suco, só havia suco de laranja. A praia de frente ao local onde havia espreguiçadeiras para hóspedes não era possível usar , porque não faziam limpeza e estava sempre suja de fezes de cachorro , terrível! O hotel a estrutura é incrível, porém carece de manutenção. A cordialidade doa funcionários também deixa pecar, considerando ser um hotel alto padrão. Na minha estadia tive vários problemas com a limpeza, na qual nao foi feita dia nenhum pq tinha apenas 1 funcionária para realizar a limpeza de todos os quartos e o hotel estava cheio, entao fui premiada. Não vale o preço cobrado, tem mt a melhorar para se enquadrar em um alto padrão. Por diversas vezes vi o gerente ou dono (nao sei) chamar atenção dos funcionários na frente dos hóspedes. Localização ótima e vista maravilhosa, porem precisa de administração!!

Excelente hotel na melhor localização em Boipeba

Arquitetura belíssima, bom gosto na decoração, jardins lindíssimos , ótima localização, quartos confortáveis , café da manhã muito bom (sugestão melhorar a qualidade do café bebida). Atendimento do pessoal muito bom, exceto tempo de entrega dos pedidos da piscina. Ponto negativo: chuveiro, difícil o controle de temperatura.
