Travelled with family and small children
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Requested lower level room. They put me on 3rd floor. I have back issues and 3 small children. The room was one of the smallest rooms that I have ever been in there. The tub had black nasty stuff coming out of the jets on it and was all in my kids bath water. Washer barely worked could only fit a very small amount of clothes in it. Dryer took 4 times to dry the same load of clothes. Not sure if I will stay here again after this. Worst experience ever.
