As you can see, this is someone’s house so one must accept their decor and amenities. I was comfortable after adjusting and more- so after meeting the caretaker, Jay, who was friendly, pleasant, and informative. The structure has been there for some time and could use a good remodel but nothing was rickety and the staircase and railings were solid. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, one modern and one “classic.” There was good space in the fridge and some space in the freezer. It is not a “smooth” transition into someone else’s home but give it some time and you’ll adjust. Sorry I didn’t take photos but the ones I saw online were pretty accurate. My wife wanted to go to a motel/hotel but she stayed grudgingly. We are not yet accustomed to the B&B experience.
