A stone's throw from the splendid Sottotorre beach, in the quiet and peaceful historic center of Calasetta, a small village in the South West of Sardinia.
Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance.

The apartment, quiet, bright and welcoming, is on the first floor of a renovated historic building.
It consists of a double bedroom with sea view, a spacious bathroom with shower, a large living area with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave and dishwasher included).
On request a cot is available for children at no extra charge.
Guests have at their disposal a private terrace with sea view, equipped with table and chairs where it is possible to eat outdoors, perfect for dinner!

Lovely Calasetta town

Very nice location with 3 beaches to offer. Apartment is well located and it is cosy, clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. Owner is nice and open person. Ciao e grazie!

Lovely apartment and ideally situated

Annalisa's apartment was such a gorgeous place to stay. My 16 year old daughter and I had 4 days there and we loved the town, the beaches, the little streets and most of all the apartment. It was very well-equipped, cosy, we could eat out on the little balcony/patio area, the air-conditioning worked, the beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen. Annalisa was an incredibly helpful host who answered all our questions before we arrived and was warm and welcoming when we got there. Thank you!

Beautiful, central, immaculate

We were so impressed with Annalise's apartment, as well as with her warm welcome and the impressive amount of local information she had ready for us. It was always a pleasure coming back to such a pretty flat. Having the terrace with table and chairs was a bonus. The local beach - such a lovely one - was a short stroll away. In mid May it was almost deserted. Although the week we were in Calasetta was unseasonably cool by Sardinian standards, we managed a swim nearly every day. ("Bravi! Bravi!" said our friendly sunbathing neighbours.) Calasetta itself is an endearing town, relaxed and easygoing, with breathtaking views wherever you look. Thanks again to Annelise for making the holiday so memorable.

Casa Turchese rispecchia in tutto e per tutto la descrizione fornita: nessuna brutta sorpresa! E' fornitissima di ogni comodità indispensabile per farti sentire a tuo agio come a casa. La posizione è eccellente sia per fare un bagno nella splendida spiaggia quasi sotto casa anche quando torni da escursioni o quando ti svegli al mattino, sia per uscire a piedi la sera per cenare nei vicini ristorantini . Bella vacanza !

Excellent séjour à Calasetta

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux d'Annalisa qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très propre, bien aménagé, tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce. Il est doté de tout le confort, rien ne manquait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation. La terrasse est également très agréable et nous avons pu y prendre tous nos repas tout en regardant la mer. Nous avons fait de belles promenades. Visite de l'île de Sant Pietro. Promenade en mer sur un bateau de pêche et toute la côte jusqu'à Cagliari. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui nous a donné entiére satisfaction Merci à Annalisa

Situation idéale

calasseta est une très jolie ville. L’appartement est très bien situé près d’une plage très agréable. Il est en haut de la ville au calme mais pas loin du port et des commerces. La situation de la ville permet de rayonner sur la cote sud , de visiter Cagliari, d’aller sur l’ile de San’Petrô et la costa verde. Notre séjour fût très agréable. Merci Anna Lisa

Ottimo soggiorno a Calasetta

L'appartamento è comodo in centro al paese a pochi passi dalla spiaggia sottoporre. Molto ben curato, pulito e con tutto ciò che occorre. Annalisa è stata anche molto cortese a segnalarci le spiagge da visitare in zona. Tutto perfetto.

Top, nur wenig auszusetzen

Annalisa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und exakt so wie beschrieben. Sogar Schirme etc. Für den Strand sind vorhanden. Es sollte vielleicht erwähnt werden, dass es nur italienisches Fernsehen gibt. Das war es aber auch schon. Wir können das appartement jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Turchese dal 2 al 13 settembre, che dire, eravamo stati colpiti dalle ottime recensioni e non possiamo che confermare tutto ciò che di positivo è stato detto fino ad ora... Annalisa è una magnifica padrona di casa, attenta e preparata, sa farti innamorare della sua terra con le sue descrizioni ed i suoi consigli accurati. Le foto dell'appartamento sull'annuncio corrispondono perfettamente con quanto troverete all'arrivo, una casa luminosa, pulita e con tutti i confort. La posizione è strategica sia per chi desidera esplorare il meraviglioso territorio, che per chi vuole la comodità di scendere in spiaggia a piedi, senza dover prendere la macchina. La cittadina è tranquilla e carinissima e fornita di tutti i servizi. Da provare assolutamente oltre ai ristoranti "stellati" consigliati, la gastronomia Mammafina raggiungibile a piedi (via Dante) e la trattoria " Da Silvana", poco fuori da Sant'Antioco. Una visita all'isola di Carloforte è d'obbligo. Una vacanza perfetta, grazie Annalisa da Carmen e Gian Luigi.

Appartamento delizioso, posizione strategica

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in casa Turchese per 2 settimane in agosto e di conoscere la sua proprietaria Annalisa che ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. L'appartamento è delizioso e confortevole, per di più collocato in una zona strategica della cittadina, vicino alla piazza principale, supermercato, negozi e, allo stesso tempo, silenziosa ed a un passo dalla spiaggia Sottotorre. Lo consigliamo vivamente!!

Proprietaria disponibile fin dai primi contatti tramite app e via mail, dispensatrice di consigli e attenzioni (dolcetti tipici e acqua fresca) al momento del check-in anche anticipato rispetto al previsto. La casa risponde perfettamente a quanto indicato nella descrizione sul sito, è completa di tutto (unico suggerimento poter avere il wi-fi). Sicuramente da consigliare. very nice apartement near the beach, quiet, placed in the center of calasetta

We felt very comfortable in the casa turchese. We spent a week there from September 19 to September 26, 2017. Annalisa is a very nice and helpful host. She gave us a map of Sant’ Antioco and tips for restaurants, beautiful beaches and places of interest. In the apartment there was nothing missing. The small town of Calasetta with its harbor is very lovely, the people very friendly. The baker is right in the house next door. To be recommended is very delicious stuffed tomato bread. The apartment is very central but quiet, as the road is not a thoroughfare. You can also explore Sant Antioco by bike, but we had a rental car so we could see all the beautiful beaches and the beauty of Sant Antioco. Also the small island of San Pietro, which can to reach by ferry in 30 minutes, is absolutely worth a visit. It was still wonderfully beach weather in the middle of September, but not so many tourists. So if you like it quiet and relaxed, here is well cared for. A bit we fell in love and want to come back. L'appartamento è come da foto: nuovo, pulito, moderno, accessoriato e funzionale. Confermo le precedenti recensioni assicurando la cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria. Borsa Frigo ed Ombrellone a disposizione. Le tre spiagge del paese già da sole offrono tutto quello che si può cercare in una vacanza al mare, ma suggerisco di andare in esplorazione perchè da Calasetta, in poco, si raggiungono tante meraviglie naturali.

Super holiday, nice house and location and great host

We enjoyed it very much in the Turqoise House and the town of Calasetta. We explored Sant'Antioco and Isola di San Pietro by e-bikes (you can rent them at Calaforte), with lovely weather. Nice beaches and at this time of the year little tourists so you can have a beach almost by your own. The citizens of Sardegna are very kind and speak always a little the English language. Annalisa is a very helpful and kind host!

Perfetta!!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento di Annalisa nell'ultima settimana di Agosto. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente a piedi sia la spiaggia di Sottotorre che il centro di Calasetta ed a pochissimi km si trovano altre meravigliose calette. L'appartamento è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione fornita, comodo, pulito e funzionale. Annalisa è stata gentile e disponibile (ci ha anche tenuto il parcheggio sotto casa!), dandoci consigli e suggerimenti su come godere al meglio il posto. Speriamo di tornare presto e per un periodo più lungo a Casa Turchese per completare la visita di Sant'Antioco e dintorni!!
