Just a 5-minute drive to Mount Royal University and the Grey Eagle Casino, and only 15 minutes from the University of Calgary. There is a grocery store at the end of the street, with gyms, stores, and a Cineplex nearby. Enjoy the perfect blend of urban convenience and natural beauty!

A/C is available from the master bedroom in the hot summer months. The washer and dryer machines are available upon request (please give 24 hours notice).
