The location for this hotel was great and it has valet with it's other hotel the Dorian which is attached. There wasn't self parking. The interior of the room was wonderful and stylish.

I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience—until checkout, when I attempted to extend my stay. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me repeatedly stated that the system was down and was unable to offer any help or alternative suggestions. While I understand that technical issues can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of initiative to find a workaround or provide guidance. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially after what had otherwise been a comfortable stay. I hope you’ll consider offering staff more support or training in handling such situations, so future guests can feel cared for even when systems aren’t cooperating.
