Inside was great. Staff was great. Outside of building and area is undergoing major renovations and looks terrible. Parking lot is super small and hard to tell which hotel is even the one I was staying at. Again great staff room was nice and clean. Did the job for a quick night stay

Good Breakfast

This hotel was clean and well maintained. What I liked the most about this hotel was the good breakfast even though the accommodation fee was not so expensive. This hotel is located in front of the Banff trail, so it is convenient to use public transportation.

I dislike the wifi sign in procedure…not sure why it has to be so difficult? I stay at lots of Hotels and this one always gives me grief signing in….make it simple guys. Otherwise pretty good place to stay. Decent breakfast, friendly staff and indoor parking.

The hotel outside is under construction and looks run down. Access to the underground parking is horrible; you dont even know where to scan. The bathtub broke and they wouldn't replace it and the breakfast was cold, old and grosse. The manager Fareeda was horroble

Liked area, Hotel old and under renovation with siding off and pieces hitting window. Poor insulation and heard traffic and walking above. Poor linen, poor service moved for next night to A Loft nearby which gave a 5 star experience. Hilton did not live up to expected experience. Go take a new picture of what the hotel looks like now!!!
