The television was not fully functional - they use androidtv, and the set-up was not completed, so we were unable to use it to watch television. We called the front desk who sent up maintenance, however, the person was not able to resolve the issue. the maintenance person was apologetic, but in my mind should have been familiar with the technology and resolve the issue. When mentioned again to the front desk at check out, they seemed unaware and/or unconcerned and did not offer even an apology. The bathroom only had 2 towels - we only had two people in the room, but the towels were not overly large and it would have been useful to have more available without needing to ask (as is standard at most hotels).

Nice hotel. However if you forget anything in your room, do not expect to get it back. I had brand new hair care products that I accidentally left in the shower, and after my 5am checkout while in the airport I realized it. Called the hotel and since it was so early the housekeeping staff hadn’t started yet, so I was told they would advise housekeeping to bring them to the front desk where I could collect them on my way back through the city in a few days. On my return to Hotel 11, I was told nothing was found in my room. Staff needs to be trained that honest behaviour is a pinnacle of stellar customer service. Good thing wasn’t super valuable. Won’t return due to poor staff ethics.

The room was very clean. There was a light bulb that went out in the bathroom after we arrived and when I informed the front desk staff they were very helpful and it was fixed when we returned to the room. Very nice stay.
