Within just 30 minutes of checking into our room, we received a call from the front desk regarding a noise complaint from the room below us. While I understand that maintaining a peaceful environment is important, I found the way the situation was handled to be both unfair and inconsiderate. The front desk staff member informed us that if our children did not quiet down she called thrice because we’re unable to hear them on our end, she said we would be held responsible for compensating the other guest’s room fee for the night if the noise wont stop. This threat felt completely unreasonable, especially considering that we had just arrived, tired from our travels. We were still settling in, and at no point was there excessive or intentional noise being made. Our children were simply being children — active but not disruptive in a malicious way. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. We chose your hotel expecting hospitality and understanding, not immediate accusations or threats of financial penalties. I ask that you look into this incident and consider training your staff on how to handle similar situations with more empathy and professionalism. I also request confirmation that no charges have been or will be made to our account related to this matter.

Enjoyed our stay there. Big plus having a restaurant on site that was open late. Beds were very comfortable. A little way out from city but price made it worth it.
