Bathroom floor had dark strands of hair left behind - definitely not ours. Room smelled old & dusty. Lobby is nonexistent. Did not clean snow from parking lot. And don’t book on Expedia or they won’t let you leave a vehicle or use shuttle to airport. It’s against their policies. Felt like a second class citizen for using Expedia! Will NEVER stay again.

The counter staff member was very friendly and polite. Our accomidations were awesome. Great value for the cost! Two insignificant items, you need a technical degree to figure out how to use the tv remote & the breakfast did not inclued bacon & eggs. We will definately stay here next time we are in Calgary.

A wonderful single night stop from the airport before heading on to Banff. Very quiet and exceptionally spacious. I appreciated the kitchen amenities as my flight was quite late and I hadn't eaten, which leads me to state appreciate them having frozen meals and snacks available to take. Would definitely stay again and will do so when and if I return!
