Parking was plentiful and free. Location was good and only a 7 minute drive to the airport. Perfect for us. Our suite was a fair size and the extra 2 pc. bath was a real bonus when hosting family or a meeting. A couple of things that weren't up to Westin standards: a) room air was stale; b) upholstered furniture needed a proper repair (badly patched sofa arm and some kind of stain on a cushion); the charging station unit wasn't secured, just hanging from the desk, etc.

Our night at the Westin was a great stay, however we had lots of trouble with claiming our VIP perk. One main reason of booking this property with for the VIP perks and we had to talk to three people and tell each one when finally right at the end of our stay finally granted or credit to the restaurant. It should be seamless to redeem perks not a hassle. This might be the reason I don’t pick this property next time. Everything else was great though

We waiting one full hour for a shuttle and called on several occasions for a pick up as had been promised. Others at the airport were waiting for the same shuttle and also had called the front desk and been told they would be picked up. The pu taxi guy said he had been waiting for 2 hours at the airport and had not been called. When we reported it to the manager, it went unnoticed and he was very rude. As if WE were the problem! Very disappointing and unreal how customer satisfaction was not his priority. We mentioned it to another manager and it also went unnoticed!
