Place was very clean and cool especially when it was so hot. Bed was very comfortable. It fit for what we needed and so much more reasonable than hotel rooms especially when you consider it has a whole kitchen. It could have used a couple other items like a strainer since pasta is usually one of our main staples on trips like this, and plates. However we did find out that there was no coffee pot which is usually included in a kitchen but they were ok with us bringing our own. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and our host was very friendly and accommodating! Please make sure that you are aware that there is no parking spot for this basement unit.
