This fantastic dream villa is located in Calheta, 3 minutes from the yellow sand beach, close to all local services and about 25 minutes from Funchal.
The modern and contemporary style villa has parking, a beautiful swimming pool, garden, barbecue, laundry, air conditioning and alarm. Furnished with taste and elegance has 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom, 1 guest bathroom next to the modern fully equipped kitchen in open space with the living room. Next to the pool is an original living room and cozy and a shared bathroom with shower only.
