*4 Night Minimum* 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. 2 Kings, 2 Twin beds. 4 flat screen TV's, DVD, wireless internet, Keurig, dishwasher, two fireplaces, gas BBQ, single garage, hot tub, ping pong table. This mostly one level spacious home has fabulous ocean and coastline views. You enter into the foyer with the kitchen to the left. The living room is ahead with the dining room to the left. The bedrooms are to the right with the full bathroom in the middle in the hallway. The downstairs "basement" level is the third bathroom(shower, no tub), the ping pong table, a nice seating area and access to the outside. The hot tub is off of the kitchen on a separate, fenced patio area, at the front of the house. As of February of the flooring is brand new laminate!

Great Ocean Views

It was nice that all 3 bedrooms were on the main floor. Internet was good, 100+mbps Only a mile away from the restaurants in Cambria.

Better Than the Pictures

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have been coming to Cambria for over 30 years and we always rent a house. This is one of the best in that it is in a great neighborhood, right on the water with oceanfront views from all the main rooms in the house. It is a few doors from Fiscalini park, which is a great place to walk while enjoying the ocean views. The kitchen was well supplied, all appliances were in good working order and the bed was extremely comfortable. Making the reservation and getting the keys were very easy and Heide was great to work with in the Management company. I really can't say enough great things about this house and rental company. I highly recommend both.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this home on a number of occasions--always very clean and full of amenities to make your time here comfortable. But, the mic drop of this home is the ocean view! I'm not talking about a peek of ocean in the distance; I'm talking about walking into this home and staring ahead at a wall of floor to ceiling windows with the Pacific Ocean as your backyard! It's truly stunning! There is a deck running across the length of the house giving you a perfect place to view the glorious Cambria sunsets. Large kitchen, open dining room and great room with three overstuffed sofas to relax, read or simply enjoy the view! There is a steep trail down to the water. But, we usually visit off season and the water is quite chilly. There's a gas grill and even a jacuzzi in a private, fenced area at the front of the house. The Fiscalini trail head is a few houses down the street. Minutes from town, this house is the best! Location, location, location!
