O quarto estava com frigobar sem copos, foi pedido na recepção e foi falado que não tinha e que estava na cozinha, a pessoa não quis ir buscar no fim acabou dando de plástico, minha mesa com uma cadeira sendo que o normal são duas cadeiras, o banheiro estava com infiltração no teto

Considerando o valor do hotel, tem custo benefício razoável. Não utilizamos a piscina, nem a TV do quarto. O wifi funcionou bem. Quando ao quarto, a água do chuveiro é bem fraquinha, a cama um pouco desconfortável e com apenas 2 travesseiros bem finos. Foi um final de semana chuvoso e mesmo com ar condicionado desligado ficou bem frio com apenas 1 mantinha pro casal. Quanto a área é externa, é bem bonito o jardim e o lago. A equipe da recepção foi educada. Quando ao buffet de café da manhã, estava bem fraco, outro hóspede inclusive reclamou com uma das moças sobre moscas voando e pousando nas comidas. Inclusive, uma das moças que trabalha na cozinha/serve a mesa estava com herpes ativa e seque usou máscara para manusear ou falar próximo aos alimentos.

Infelizmente me colocaram num quarto sujo, carpete sujo, cortina com manchas aparentemente de sangue e a tv não funcionava. Mudaram a gente de quarto, mas acredito que esse desconforto poderia ser evitado
