Quarto sem qq conforto. Banheiro super apertado - chuveiro quase sobre o vaso. A lixeira atrás do vaso, quase impossível de abri. Um único e pequeno pedaço de sabonete para lavar as maos e usar para o banho. Janela com tranca quebrada.

Excelente localização. Pertinho do parque Taquaral e com várias academias próximas, inclusive 24h. Próximo a supermercados, padarias e restaurantes. Quarto simples, mas confortável. Colchão bom. Fica distante da UNICAMP, que era o meu foco, porém, de carro esse não foi um problema
