WE DO NOT RENT FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS BUT FOR YOU STAY WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR REST AND LEISURE. Farm with fireplace to warm in the days of cold !! Quiet place with beautiful sunsets to enjoy with family or friends. Pool, barbecue and pizza oven. It is close to Jundiaí and Itatiba where you can make interesting tours whose indications I will leave detailed on the property at your disposal. The house sleeps up to 12 people divided into 3 bedrooms. In the kitchen we have everything necessary for 10 people like glasses, plates and cutlery. The house has a 5 burner stove and a refrigerator in the main house and a 4 burner stove and a refrigerator in the barbecue area. The pans are simple aluminum. It has blender, mixer and large electric rice cooker.

Gostamos bastante de nossa estadia, atendimento adequado do inicio ao fim em que ficamos, limpeza impecável, casa cheirosa, roupas de cama também, tudo muito bem organizado. Internet boa. Algumas sugestões que daria um upgrade na acomodação - Banheira e sauna funcionando, ambas estavam em manutenção e se funcionassem iriam agregar na nossa experiência.

Amamos a casa, uma limpeza impecável, local amplo, espaço da piscina/churrasqueira muito agradável, recepção excelente da Zezé e todo suporte da Sra. Maria. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos caseiros, tudo que precisávamos eles prontamente ajudavam. A casa é maravilhosa e muito bem conservada. O acesso ao local é muito bom e tranquilo. Apenas uma sugestão fora dada para a proprietária, construir uma rampa de acesso do quintal para a piscina, assim o local ficará totalmente acessível para pessoas com deficiência .

Localização excelente. A casa bem equipada nos setores que mais buscamos, cozinha, sala e quarto. Mesmo não tendo utilizado a área da churrasqueira e piscina, elas estavam impecáveis. A anfitriã Maria Lúcia está de parabéns, respondeu a todas as perguntas e nos auxiliou em roteiro de eventos e passeios prontamente. A caseira Zezé muito simpática e atenciosa tanto no check-in como no check-out. Nos deram total privacidade. Voltaremos com certeza.

A chácara é muito linda, espaçosa e super aconchegante. O bairro é muito tranquilo. O que mais me chamou a atenção é a limpeza e a organização de tudo, além de possuir todos os utensílios domésticos. A Maria é super atenciosa e simpática assim como a sua assistente Luara que mora ao lado da chácara, ela nos ajudou quando precisamos de algo. Gostei muito do ambiente. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Adorei passar o fim de semana na chácara.
