I was visiting from out of town for a soccer tournament for my child. We loved that we could get a dinner ticket and enjoy the buffet while keeping the cost low with the purchase of the room. Also loved the breakfast. The only thing we were disappointed in was the fact that we had no warning prior to arriving that the pool and hot tub were getting maintenance. This was a feature that helped us decide on a hotel and was something we were really lookimg forward to after a long day of running.

I was very happy with the suite until we found a used syringe in the bathroom then I felt very uncomfortable, we have reached out to a few different departments about this and they didn’t do anything to help us feel like the cleaning is not done properly, BOOK WITH CAUTION! ROOM NOT CLEANED

Server staff in the restaurant and Casino bar were very friendly and helpful!!! Sad that the pool was closed. This closure happened after my booking, and they would not adjust the price for this inconvenience. Breakfast has gone downhill since my stay last year and I was disappointed that my room was downgraded to a handicap room which caused difficulties showering as the shower head was low. I could actually continue for paragraphs regarding multiple small grievances in regard to this stay, but I will stop here.

Misleading

Claimed to be a pet friendly hotel but did not allow our dog in the room we booked -- there was nothing about this stipulation in the hotel description. Also advertised as having a pool with no indication that it was under construction. Very disappointing. The service at the restaurant (Rosie's) was fantastic, however -- will definitely be visiting there again.
