Over all it was quiet and clean , the room was large and bed was comfortable . the staff were helpful there was poor wifi reception no phone line in the room !!!! And a funky smell in the foyer the property overall looked a little tired But it’s was good for 2 night stay - the Eaglehawk hotel for dinner was outstanding ( next door ) a must to go to best pub food The resort needs some love to bring it back to how it used to be

Had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Canberra Eaglehawk. The location is great—peaceful and convenient, making it a perfect stop for families and travellers alike. ​Our stay at the Ibis Styles was comfortable overall, and the staff were very cooperative. The property itself is in a beautiful location, and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Ample parking was available, though it is worth noting that the concrete was quite broken, which caused some inconvenience. ​However, we were a bit disappointed with the average standard of cleanliness. While the bed sheets, towels, and bathroom were perfectly clean, the room itself requires a more thorough overall cleaning; we noticed cobwebs and mosquitoes during our stay. Additionally, the ceiling light fixture was full of hundreds of dead flies, which detracted from the experience. ​On a minor technical note, the Optus mobile network coverage was poor in this area, particularly for data. Fortunately, the hotel's Wi-Fi was strong enough to counter that issue.
