This property, although aging, is so well appointed. Room was so clean and the attention to detail was outstanding. Unfortunately the road noise was sleep disturbing. For one night a great stay!

This was the best and most comfortable motel I have ever stayed in during my years of extensive travel in regional Australia. The room was immaculate, bright lit with natural light, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom new, the facilities complete. The staff were warm, kind and extremely helpful. I had a meal delivered from the local soldiers club directly to my room and the quality of this was outstanding. I’ve never left a review before but was so taken by this experience I felt it was necessary to do so. I will go out of my way to stay here again.

A Motel that has been in Yass many many years. It has undergone some mods making the room comfortable. Traffic noise dissipates early evening. Overall, great for an overnighter.

A bit disappointed. The reviews were excellent, expected more for the price. The room was somewhat tired and the bed was hard, definitely needed a comfortable topper. The bathroom was very clean.

Impeccable room and service

I believe I stayed in a newer room right above reception and and it was a wonderful space. They've used the space wisely and were still able to include a tiny kitchenette, ample bathroom and shower, and being new, they had a power point with USB charging spots. An excellent spot for a stop over between Sydney and Melbourne. Host was delightful and helpful.

Small but nicely decorated room. Great bathroom, very modern and clean. Kitchenette area perfect for limited needs. Room was very well located, on the edge of town, an easy spot to get to from the highway. Small amount of noise from neighbouring rooms, mostly 2nd floor, but didn't spoil our stay. Would definitely stay again.
