The Casa De Los Suenos is awesome. The staff from Carlos at the front desk to Cap and Sylvia and Chewie and Adrian and all the servers are so friendly and accommodating. There is no better place to stay on Isla Mujeres.

Casa de los Sueños is just beautiful! We loved the views of the ocean from it and the care with which it has been decorated. The staff was very helpful with our travel needs. Even though it is 15-20mins drive to Playa Norte, it's worth it. Our challenge was the breakfast place that we had heard so much about - Kin Ha was very inflexible about accommodating Vegan diet for 2 of our party! Wish they were more understanding and caring.

Beautiful room and grounds. Super family friendly and yet uncrowded, quiet and peaceful. The staff is kind, helpful and welcoming. We loved having a little outdoor patio. The walk down to breakfast (the restaurant) and the ocean was easy and enjoyable, through a lush garden. We felt safe walking to nearby restaurants and a grocery store even as a solo mom traveling with her child (two other moms were doing the same). The breakfasts were tasty and there were lots of fun things to do! The snorkeling is outstanding around the pier, the pools and water slide are fun for kids, the kayaks and rope swing are amazing, and playing water volleyball with other guests was a highlight. It’s easy to take a taxi to Playa Norte and Playa Centro/Downtown, where we also felt safe, had a lot of fun, and made great memories. We already miss the place and people and will be back!

The staff were excellent, super helpful and available 24/7. The beach club is also great and the water is beautiful. There were many water activities available. We used the hotel's bikes to get around which was very convenient. Would recommend this hotel!

This hotel has the most amazing view in Islas Mujeres! Hotel is anazing quiet, and romantic. We were the only guest. We stayed in the El Sol room, amazing view and from the balcony you can access the pool. The staff was amazing and prepared the best lobby coffee ever! Only bad thing was that we spent an entire day without water nor electricity due to improving the electricity in the island which is a good thing. We rented a Golf cart which is the best transportation option in the Island.

Coming back to Suenos feels like home ! Carlos and Roger always take care of our family . You cannot beat the view from the lobby and pool . It’s quaint , quiet, clean, and beautiful!! Special shout out to Teo at Kin Ha . He took good care of us as well !
