Resort was great but bummer spent additional 700 for upgrade to club room and then going to magna and they ran out of tomawalk steak for a dinner then breakfast had no space by magna one morning.

Pretty much 0 entertainment. Beyond boring. Maybe great for very very elderly folk but if you want any entertainment to watch or music to listen to, possibly even move hour body dont go. Food and drinks are good. Gym was decent. Also soap dispensers were always empty at every bathroom. Which makes me question to rest of the sanitary condition if everyone leaves without washing hands. We wont be back.

It’s a solid property. The food was my least favorite at all of the restaurants on property. Bland, a few dishes meant to be warm came out cold and taste was underwhelming. Agave, however, was amazing! The food, staff, and ambiance were excellent!

Flew in a little early. Room wasn’t ready. Upgrade to club which was a mistake. Kept telling me they were upgrading the room. Everything in the room was the same. Didn’t get into room until 4:00. Waited 3 hours. It’s a shame but resort is beautiful. I guess upgrading wasn’t the way to go. Plus they really didn’t offer anything better. Been to excellent in Punta cana were club members have more. So if we come back we will not go club. Not worth it.

The staff was very accommodating. Anything we needed they made sure we got. I enjoyed it being an 18+ resort because there was peace and quiet amongst the entire resort property. I would not recommend if you have kids. Great place, I would come again.

Exceeded my expectations! Between the staff being so welcoming and friendly that whole hotel was so organized, it blew our minds. They went out of their way to celebrate the occasions like surprising my partner with a birthday cake and even singing to him at one of their yummy restaurants. They have about 11 different restaurants and 8 different bars and although we didn’t get to try all, the ones we did were SO GOOD. The whole hotel had such vacation feels! We loved it!!!

Loved everything (room, cleanliness, staff, beach setting, activities, entertainment, grounds, etc) except beach seaweed and brown ocean (not your fault or within your control); in general, many of the entrees in the restaurants are well presented but seem to have little to no flavor; lazy river pool around the spa is showing some age as the tile has some rough spots on the bottom where pool floor is pushing up and or rough repairs have been made; checkin process seemed to take longer than expected. Minor issues overall. We will be back again and again.

They exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very nice and serviced us with excellence. The property was very clean and the food delicious. Great entertainment, scenery and drinks. We will definitely return.

During check-in, I asked about room upgrades for the three rooms I had booked. The front desk staff initially said upgrades were available for an extra charge. I mentioned I was an Expedia Gold member and that one of the VIP benefits includes complimentary upgrades when available. She then quickly changed her answer, saying the resort was actually 98% sold out and no upgrades were possible — which felt like a red flag. We also requested that the three rooms be placed near each other. She said she would try, but when we received our keys, we found that all three rooms were not just on different floors — they were in entirely separate buildings. I had also sent a message before arrival requesting rooms close together, but it was never acknowledged. On the positive side, the resort was very clean and the pools were well maintained. However, the food was mediocre and inconsistent. Some restaurants were closed randomly, and there was no lunch or dinner buffet offered, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive experience.
