The Hyatt Ziva Cancun is an excellent all inclusive resort on a beautiful beach. The amenities are top notch and the staff are all around stars, super friendly and attentive. Special mention goes to Mariana at the concierge desk, who helped us with cancelling a pricey reservation that we were not told could not be cancelled free of charge. She resolved this issue for us and her professionalism was greatly appreciated. Another shout out to Fanny and the staff at the Den, Yuridia and Jorge. They were stars at the mixology bar. This bar is additional charge but the prices are super reasonable and the quality is top notch (insta worthy drinks). We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Our visit was short this time so we didn't explore anything outside of the resort; we just wanted to relax and unwind!

I loved the amenities, and service. The staff was always helpful and nice. While the room was always clean, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom vent. Like sewage, so bad we just kept the bathroom door closed. Management came out , but there's nothing much that could be done.
