We had a very relaxing/fun time @hyatt ziva. The beach is beautiful and the adults only pool was very enjoyable. Can’t rate the food 10 out of 10 but we did have some good food options that we enjoyed. The location is great, there is so many things to do walking distance. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. Diego and his partner if im not mistaken name (Diario) were absolutely the best. They took very good care of everything we requested. We were given our privacy & i loved that. Definitely will like to come again.

The door locks stopped working at 6 different times across the three rooms we booked. Every time we asked the concierge to open the doors, they insisted they program us new cards (which also didn’t work) instead of actually sending someone to open the door. In the middle of my stay, another family was at my front door with a bell hop after being told the room I had booked was now their room. In all my stays at hotels, this has never happened before.

Staff are outstanding and strive for you to have the most amazing time. Great family environment, dolphins on property, the Turquoise adult only is nicer for romantic getaway. Restaurants are good food, French, Italian, Steak house, brew house, casual American, tacos on the beach, special things going everyday, entertainment every evening. All in All best resort in Cancun!

I came here for my birthday with my older kids. It was amazing!!! The food was awesome, and the service was perfect. Victor at Habaneros and Esperanza who hosted our Cabanas for 2 days were the BEST! I will absolutely be back with my family:)
