I have been to all-inclusive resorts before, but this one stood out as the best experience I've had. From check-in, to the amenities, to the restaurants, to the personal butler service... I will definitely be back!

This was our 4th time staying here and had a fantastic time as always! We were during my son's birthday and the small details that they provided during the trip made it extra special. The last two days we rented a cabana and Alexis was our server and did an amazing job. All the ladies in the Kidz Club also were extremely friendly and did a wonderful job with keeping all the kids engaged. This resort really thinks of everything!

The property has beautiful views from all areas of the resort. It is absolutely breathtaking. The service was amazing. The level of attentiveness was remarkable. There are so many food and bar options to choose from. There are activities for kids and adults. I highly recommend Hyatt Ziva.

The pool wasn’t overcrowded. The pool and beach were great. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at the buffet was great, but their lunch and dinner options were not as appealing; we took advantage of the food trucks.

Excelentes momentos!

Tudo foi perfeito durante a minha estadia, desde o staff em geral, e principalmente os mordomos Miguel e Dieso, que estiveram comigo e tive toda atenção e suporte fazendo a minha experiência ser ainda melhor. O spa é um serviço cobrado à parte que vale muito também. As mãos da Azucena são de fada e o German esteve comigo durante toda a experiência após a massagem, direcionando em cada local. Super indico o Resort para passar momentos especiais, seja sozinho ou acompanhado!

The property was amazing and what helps is the super friendly staff. Natasha and Marie from the guest services area were our concierge and they were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best and make us feel welcomed. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they made it extra special for her by decorating the room and providing small gifts. Luis from the moongate teppanyaki restaurant was also very good. He made sure the food was great and made that dinner for us very memorable. Overall the resort was really nice. We loved that is was a family resort but it had the adult side if we wanted peace and quiet.

The property is beautiful from any angle in all areas. The only down fall is the lack of authentic mexican food & feel. We couldnt tell we were in Mexico. It is very Americanized which is understandable given it is a Hyatt hotel but I would have liked more of the Mexican culture feel.
