My husband and 2 daughters 18 and 23 are leaving this beautiful resort tomorrow. I am writing a review because we had such a great vacation. I booked this resort because it has 2 sides and 2 beaches, and I hate seaweed so I figured if there was seaweed maybe one side would be spared. And I was right! The main beach is absolutely gorgeous with Crystal Clearwater! The pools are large and beautiful. The food was exceptional! They almost did not go to the French restaurant because we have never liked any French restaurants, but we went and we are glad we did because the French restaurant was the absolute best! The staff here are extreme, respectful, helpful, and super friendly. We had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to come back!

Check in staff was unkind, mean, uncommunicative and unhelpful. They also uncharged me for my son when I clearly entered his age when I reserved the room. Didn’t even allow me to speak to a manager about it. Not ok! Such a bad check in experience. Not to mention gives a bad rap for Expedia and doesn’t make me trust my reservation through them!

Awesome. Clean, staff are really awesome. Daniel, Noel addi Lopez, that are really honest and helpful. Amazing food and restaurants. Beaches are great. Morning water exercise with Jonathan and Michelle. Desserts and ice cream are so good. My favorite was hibachi and also BBQ. Will recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality

I was very dissapointed ,only 1 out 5 restaurant had air conditioner ,this was very stressfull since we are out in the sun all day and the tried to have a nice dinner but it really was impossible without air conditiiner . 2 they asked for extra money to get a private area that did had air conditioner ? How is this right ? I stayed in many hotels and never had this happened to me , i also found out that this has been happening for a while in the hotel If i was told that there was not air conditioner or that would have to pay extra to get air condition area , i would never have stayed in this hotel

The views are spectacular. Staff are so friendly and respectful. Special place to visit. Spend all day on the beach and hop into the many pools in the evening. Perfect place to relax and recharge.
