So upon check in we were supposed to have two beds as it was my best friend and I. They gave us a king. Fine, not the worst thing that can happen. We go to our room, unpacked, i said to my friend it seems kinda warm in here. Turns out, the AC was broken. Now we had to pack it up and get moved to another room. Finally working AC. The showers were a nice size. Unfortunately our shower must of had a clog because 5 minutes into your shower, i filled up like the Hudson riiver. So the next person had to wait until the water went down. I would give the food a 4 at best. We did end up eating out a few times. Staff was great! I came across one very cranky waitress at the Mexican restaurant. That was my only negative with staff. We didn’t have any real seaweed problems so that was a plus:. Overall rating: 4

This resort is clean and the staff are welcoming and attentive. However, even though it’s all inclusive resort, restaurants are limited. You get a number of days depending how long is your stay is to enjoy the restaurants. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and were only allowed to eat at the specialty dining restaurants 2 out of those nights the rest were at the buffet. Also food was okay. It was good at the buffet and the restaurants we went to but nothing that stood out and was super delicious. The snack bar that’s at the Lobby has better tasting food in my opinion. The drinks like Bahama mama and Pina Colada were watered down. There is only one main pool and they have a secluded beach swimming area. They have 2 bars one by the beach and one at the lobby, the beach bar closes at 8pm and the lobby at 11pm daily. The bathrooms by the pool area were always dirty or clogged. Other than that we had a great time. They have a number of activities and shows at the resort to keep guest entertainment.

Pool staying open late was good. Food was terrible drinks had no flavor service was not all there. But overall food was really bad snack bar food was dry some look like it has set up there for 24hrs some taste like freezing burn and you could only eat at the restaurant certain amount of time and that was the food tasted fresh and restaurants were really small.

We stayed a total of 5 nights. During those 5 nights we lost power at least 12 times. We both have sleep apnea and didnt get a decent night sleep the entire time due to our machines shutting off. The food was not at all what we were expecting either. Little variation day to day and most everything had no flavor!

Nuetra estancia en este hotel fue muy buena he estado en cancun varias veces pero mi primera vez en este hotel y no me quejo muy comoda la cama el cuarto y las instalaciones super limpias muy buena atención del personal, la comida es buena aunque un poco de variedad pero aun asi nos gusto mucho y muy buen sabor. La alberca tiene suficientes camastros y tambien la playa pero la playa es un poco chica el area para nadar porque está restringida por las ramas marinas

The view of my room was the best part. Bed to hard. No water available for when I wanted to shower. The buffet food was cold and ordinary. The whole 4 days we stayed we one got to go to one actual dinner which is not what I payed for. And honestly everytime it was empty for dinner at all three locations. Sodas were flat and alcoholic beverages were not that! So disappointed with my first trip to Cancun because of this resort and all its problems.

I didn't like the fact that you were only allowed to reserve one night for dinner, it was depending on the nights you stay. The power keep going on and off. The day we were leaving there was no water. The only good thing was the kayak tour with Brandon and the shows. The food was good and the service at the restaurant were really good.

Right upon arrival, you are told that you cannot make dinner reservations until hearing about their “sister properties” and promised promotions if you visit them but being told repeatedly that it wasn’t for a time-share. Then after turning down their offer of visiting another resort when we specifically chose this one, we were told that out of our stay, we could only enjoy one of the restaurants once because everything was booked for reservations. So we paid for an all-inclusive resort, but can only eat at the buffet which was genuinely nothing great. The food at the buffet was not kept hot and was nothing to be impressed with. On our first night in the resort, the lights throughout the resort completely went out twice and the next day “a water line was down” so while showering, the water cut off. The “private beach front” was a complete joke. It was extremely small and covered in seaweed. It barely went knee deep, and was roped off. This was a very disappointing experience and will not be recommending this resort to anyone.

El cuarto esta bien , nunca tuve internet en mi cuarto , ni en otras areas , no hay disponibilidad en los restaurantes y en el de buffet tardan en darte un lugar , la comida esta buena , el personal un poco rudo pero se ve que están obedeciendo ordenes , el area de snack esta sin aire acondicionado
