Beautiful place. Very nice beach. Water is shallow and clean.Wide food selection. Nice SPA. A lot of friendly waiters. Nice and clean room. Like home atmosphere. Beautiful jewelry store in the lobby. A lots of activities and entertainment. I would recommend to try riviera Maya at the bar and sea bass is excellent choice in Trattoria. Concierge at reservations misinformed me, saying it is only two treatments in the SPA: relaxation and deep tissue massage. Made me book without proper selection. In real it is a big menu in the SPA. I think it happened because concierge didn’t have a good English. Or something else maybe. Other girl at the reception made a mistake exchanging my dollars, so I almost lost $50, good thing I calculated myself before taking the money. It is a long line to check in in very hot weather.They don’t sell water in the lobby, so get water with you, because the transfer from the airport took about 40 minutes, plus the waiting in line time, it was more then hour without water.After checking in the buffet we eat, but no one offer a drink for a long time.So after we finish eating I had to go and ask for water. Not drinking for two hours in 90F degrees is dangerous. After all we still have a good general impression and may consider to come back one day.
