It was not worth the money at all. The room was small and facing the front which meant next to a main road and we could hear the traffic constantly, the room wasn’t blackout so was very light early in the morning. The breakfast was always cold, cold eggs and beans. The lunch menu down by the pool was awful, actually terrible. We got the chicken wrap and nachos and the chicken wrap was missing half the ingredients so it was basically just raw dough. The nachos were stone cold. I hate food waste but we actually couldn’t eat it. The Asian restaurant was lovely though I’d recommend that. We paid for all inclusive yet that didn’t include the majority of alcohol we drink and we weren’t told this in advance - we couldn’t have Aperol, Bombay gin etc etc just really cheap alcohol and you could tell. The beachfront area was limited to premium and cost extra which we also weren’t told. The spa massage was nice but insanely over priced, more than London prices. It’s no way 4 stars and no way worth the money we paid. We complained at the time and got nothing.

Honestly, I would give four stars if it weren’t for the incredible resort staff, who truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. I would especially like to thank Luis from the Almar Restaurant for making my father’s birthday so special and memorable. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the food was fantastic — the salmon was absolutely perfect. On another day, Yeselie and Iliana went truly above and beyond. They instantly fell in love with my baby and made every effort to celebrate our special occasion. They even fulfilled my son’s wish for ice cream on a Sunday, when the coffee shop was closed — finding a way to make it happen and bringing so much joy to my children. Thank you for such a warm welcome, exceptional service, and unforgettable moments. The staff truly makes this resort shine.

Beautiful beach front view. Beach was red flagged as not safe for swimming. The hotel is categorized as a 4 star hotel but the rooms are equivalent to a 3 star hotel in need of urgent refurbishing.
