It was our first and prob last time going to Mexico … They put us in Room which was disgusting and had to fight for a better / clean room … there was literally vomit stains on our bed and the room smelt like mold/mildew . They moved our room to another room that didn’t stink and the sheets were cleaned but the tv didn’t work and when it rained water leaked in from our balcony … yea wouldnt stay there ever again . Also the lack of entertainment was depressing after dinner we were bored out of out minds. I would say you get what u pay for but I think $3000 for 5 days is quite expensive for Mexico but could be wrong .

I would highly recommend this property. It's perfect for friends, couples, and families not into big resorts but love the all-inclusive feature. I've stayed in various resorts in Cancun, but the bed is everything. The comfort is unmatched.

Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon. It was great. The staff was very nice and catered to all of our needs. Food was really good at all the restaurants. It was hard to find a beach chair as people put their stuff down and then never use it. Shower could use some cleaning but the room was great and mini fridge was always stocked. 5/5 would go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Oleo. It's a boutique property, so it's not as big as some all-inclusives, but it was very nice. The food was great with lots of different options available and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property needed a little maintenance - a fussy elevator, some damaged tiles, low flow shower drain, etc., but overall it's pretty clean. Overall, our 5 days there was a good experience.

I liked that the property was not real big. 1 Swimming pool so you got to see and meet lots of people and run into them everyday. Fun games at the pool everyday. A couple very good restaurants right across the street you could walk to . Food at the resort was very good also!!

Water is hot in some rooms and lukewarm in others. Super nice and accommodating staff. Room service is reasonable but don’t try and order more than 3-4 things per trip or they’ll make you wait an exceedingly long time without any ETA. Liquor is definitely watered down (pouring shots into a shaker with ice to “chill” but also adding water) but it’s all inclusive so we don’t mind just ordering more. Great activities to do during the day/night. Food was overall 3/5. Nothing special but they had their strengths and weaknesses.

Very small more like a quiet spot , this would have not have mattered if the food was good, this is the worst food I have ever tasted everything all the restaurants , just had to eat because needed to, went off site and had a burger tasted like haven. Need new food contractors

We loved the feel of the hotel right next to the wonderful beach we had a ground floor room which was a good size and ideal as i have mobility issues it was always kept clean and the fridge replenished daily. Choice of restaurants were very good, food and service were great. Entertainment was mixed but overall a very enjoyable hotel. Our start to the holiday was spoilt by the transfer driver not collecting us and our luggage. The hotel could really do with an alfreso roof bar/ bistro overlooking the lagoon side to experience those wonderful sunsets.
