I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Check-in was smooth and quick, and everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. We were upgraded to VIP which made everything extra special since we came to celebrate his birthday. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-tier—everything from the linens to the toiletries felt thoughtfully chosen. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the space was after a long day. The swim up room is a must!!! The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. On-site facilities were excellent as well—the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the lobby areas were clean and inviting. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning!

We received a free upgrade to suites to accommodate 2 rooms close together. Staff are wonderful, attentive and helpful. No reservation restaurants can be difficult to get into without an hour or more wait. Pool area is lovely and gorgeous beach that goes for miles. We were provided with a room for 3hrs after our checkout at noon to help fill time for a night flight. Very helpful!

The mugs and glasses are not clean enough. Food is mediocre. Some of the staffs are very helpful and friendly but some are not , the restaurants did not meet the standards of any of the Hyatt affiliated resorts or hotels.

Everything was good except that hotels.com Expedia managed my reservations wrongly. Upon check in I was asked to pay 1000 USD more than the actual quote. It was very disappointing given that I had given hotels.com the correct age of my kids. I issue plan to switch to a different company to make my reservation next time. I was so disappointed that I don’t plan to use Hotels.com anymore.
