The staff is great !! Starting with Irving at the front desk ! Super friendly, helpful. Felipe at the beach !! Very good service, attend, friendly!! Ismael at buffet and Italian restaurant very good ,helpful, friendly n attend. In general the whole staff 10 of 10 !!

The resort overall is great lots to do. Youre in the heart of everything and you can walk to places easily. The rooms are very outdated though.They put 2 full size beds together and make one big bed. Not very comfortable when you travel with more than 2 people. My husband myself and daughter stayed and we had to ask to separate the beds but they were very small. If 2 or less are going its fine but more than 2 in 1 room not comfortable and the outlets kept turning off. My blow dryer kept popping the breaker. Also there were only 3 outlets in the room. But otjer than thag it was fun.

We encountered issues with our door key not functioning properly. When we approached the front desk for assistance, the attendant was rude and informed us that the problem was caused by keeping our key card too close to our phone. Subsequently, maintenance came to our room but could not get the key to work either. As a solution, they had to access the room next to ours and climb over the wall to reach our patio in order to unlock the door from the inside.

Merna, the hostess was exceptional, very friendly and very attentive. Remembered us greeted us every day as she worked different restaurants through our weeks stay. All the staff went above and beyond. We particularly enjoyed Krystal and Black and White restaurants. The Japanese restaurant, Sukura was also nice. On the downside, updating is required to the property and the water in the shower stinks. We will consider returning.

We have stayed at te few all inclusives in Cancun and so far this was our favorite. Many food options for dinner. No reservation needed. Staff very friendly. We didnt run into people trying to sell stuff which was great. They have a good balance of relaxing and fun entertainment areas. Only complaint is the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Overall very good stay.

Great drinks and service, good food, great bars and amenities, perfect part of the beach where there’s less seaweed and waves, nearby/walking distance to other Rius for the white/pink/neon parties, and also walking distance to Coco Bongo for fun nights out. This Riu was pleasantly “uncrowded”. There was plenty of beach area and pool area for daytime use. All restaurants were very good and great service!! The only negative was the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the humidity. Just keep the drapes closed and ask housekeeping to keep them closed!! If you try to use Destination Services for airport/hotel transfer just don’t!! No communication!!

I like its safe.Staff very unprofessional from moment check in,nobody help you with your bags,food is terrible, drinks watering down completely. Spa,chlorine ruin my friend's swimming suit, it became yellow after spa.i saw staff on the beach took money from customer to umbrella. Unbelievable!!!
