We loved our stay . Staff was really nice especially Esmail (waiter) . He was very courteous and pleasant. Activities around and in the pool were top class. Food choices were good but nothing compared to Cabo All inclusive adults only Riu resort. One of the friends had an accident and bath rob got dirty. 5 star resort charged $15 for dirty bathrob which was truly off putting for that level of resort. This is the reason I gave 4 star !! Thanks.

Would absolutely stay here again. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The property was kept immaculately clean all day, including the beach area. The area to swim is great and easy to go in and out. We had an ocean view suite and the view was beautiful from our balcony. Many options for food and drinks, all pretty decent. Perfect place for a relaxing beachy vacation.

Very friendly. The wait staff goes out of their way. Only a couple of concerns. First. Been stricken with a stomach bug two times in a row. Who knows where I picked it up. Second. Use cation when walking anywhere down in Mexico where wet. They use a polished tile that is very slick when wet. Not the resorts fault but I did go down hard. Just use cation.

Everything was great, but the bathroom could be a little cleaner. I.e. less to zero hair in the bathroom/shower. Also the food was lacking at the restaurants.

Lovely property in fair weather, dangerous and uncomfortable in rain and wind, as guests must navigate slippery marble floors and walk outdoor to get to meals or activities. No way to heat cold food or dry damp clothes (everything was damp, even clothes we hadn't worn). Spa facilities inconvenient. Entertainment and activities not adjusted for weather. Buffet food not kept at safe temps, either.
