This is the most relaxing hotel that we've ever stayed in. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, and the servers are the best we've ever had. We are treated like family here, and that's why we keep coming back here year after year.

Breakfast was great, staff all throughout the property were so kind and accommodating. Bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner but overall a great stay. Was hoping to have access to dining at Marriott Cancun next door and was not able, that should be changed. As the two are next two each other.
