Good was subpar at every restaurant. I was defiantly expecting flavors with being in Mexico but 2.5 out of 5 for food. The staff was wonderful. Maria on the lower level was fabulous. Jared was wonderful. And the man that lives in New York and San Francisco were 11 out of 10

This is a beautiful hotel. Whoever designed it has excellent taste. the beach is to die for! Just so beautiful!. The food is fabulous. They have somebody come in to teach yoga. All in all just lovely!

Beds were very comfortable, they gave options of pillows from firm to soft. Staff always friendly. The buffet in my opinion staff need better training as they ask what you like to drink and then next guy comes same question but drinks never make it to you until the 4th time they ask. It is definitely a comfortable place to stay however the buffet was like a holiday inn breakfast paskage not like an actual resort. They FAILED TO advertise that its a NO SMOKING HOTEL and you must leave the property to smoke , if i knew this i would of not booked.

Our recent stay at Secrets the Vine Cancún was absolutely wonderful, and it was the outstanding service that truly made our trip. A huge thank you to our concierge, Martin, who provided exceptional care throughout our stay. When Martin was off, his colleague Bruce stepped in and was equally fantastic, ensuring our every need was met without missing a beat. The attention to detail extended to every part of our experience. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. We’ve been to The Vine multiple times. We enjoy the true adults only experience of a smaller, more intimate resort. We love the easy access to the pools, bars and beach. This year has been the best entertainment team we’ve seen in years. The production and lights are much better than previous years, but this remains a quiet/sleepy resort( this is not a party resort). Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff maintained it daily. Our linens and sheets were clean and refreshed daily. The mattresses feel worn but they are not entirely uncomfortable. The mini fridge barely keeps drinks cold so if you like cold water at night you might need to visit the ice machine. Food is not great at the main buffet and is usually cold even when the dinning room is full. Dragons has fantastic sushi and nigiri, the tuna roll is so good!!! The food at the Italian restaurant was hot and fresh, Cesar was very kind and attentive. Julian at Olio was also superb, his staff was great. Juan and Fernando at the pool were a dream team and made sure we were always taken care of . We always found loungers at the pool and beach as well as plenty of towels. Guest could benefit from more self serve food options by the pool. Overall a good stay at a quiet and peaceful resort.

The staff needs to be more active and more polite with the people because on the restaurants on the property most of the waiters were rude
