We chose a Preferred Club room but if I went back again, I'd save the money and just get an ocean view room. We didn't really use the perks that were included as we anticipated. We spent most of our time down at the beach and by the pools near the beach. The private pool area on the 12th floor was very windy and the seating was very limited. We only went to the private lounge a few times during our stay. We enjoyed having a romantic breakfast on the balcony of our room. Our favorite restaurant was Sea Salt Grill. Everyone was raving about the steakhouse and Italian restaurants but we loved the food at Sea Salt Grill. The resort was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. This is a good resort if you want a kid-free environment to relax. This isn't a party resort.

We stayed 6 nights here, definitely a relaxing place. If you’re looking for an elegant, fun, relaxing spot, this is the place. There is not a partying vibe, but definitely fancy and elegant. 10/10 would recommend! The staff is amazing, friendly and extremely helpful.

I've been to Cancun and Riviera Maya over 20 times, staying at many resorts—this was my least favorite. 1. Lacks Charm & Ambiance – While the beach is beautiful, the resort feels dull. The dark lobby, lack of gardens, small crowded pools, and no swim-up bar were disappointing. Beach chairs were impossible to get due to towel reservations. Our oceanfront honeymoon suite was outdated, with a poorly placed bathtub and useless patio furniture. No hammocks. 2. Understaffed – Service was slow. Beach drinks took 40 minutes since one person handled both waiter and bartender duties. At the Mexican restaurant, food delays caused people to leave. 3. Weak Drinks – Cocktails tasted watered down. Even tipping didn’t help. We had to order extra shots to mix our own. The minibar only had Sol beer. 4. No Restaurant Reservations – Despite the website’s claims, wait times were over an hour, forcing late dinners (10 p.m.). A reservation system would be much better. 5. Limited Dining Options – Only one breakfast restaurant, no casual evening buffet, and room service was minimal. Most food was disappointing, except at the Peruvian and Italian restaurants. 6. Poor Customer Service – Resort credits were misleading, requiring a vacation club presentation to use fully. Staff blamed Expedia for mix-ups but refused to offer solutions, constantly passing us around instead of resolving issues.

I was hoping the food options was better. The outside buffet food was cold. Dragon restaurant was under staff the food took too long.

An excellent, high-end all-inclusive resort with amazing service and amenities. The many restaurants on site cater to all tastes. The food was very good and the only aspect about the resort that wasn't 5-star for us. We upgraded to Preferred Club and the experience was top notch.

The staff was excellent. The food was very good. The drink even better. Allan, a member of the recreation team was a prince.

Great staff. Super nice. Perferred Club was a wonderful experience. Attention to detail was remarkable. Views beautiful. Beach superb thou the waves were pretty brutal. Dinners iffy. Get to the restaurant at 6. If you wait till 7 or later plan on 2 hour wait. Food was just ok. Presented well. Hard working and dedicated. Felt pampered and restored. Pool seating is all taken by shoes and towels bags and books by 8am. Not a living soul down there but personal affects. We had no problems sitting by ocean. Entertainment at night was average. Much younger crowd present. Mostly couples. We loved it. Drinks and bartenders were very good.

The food was amazing the staff very accommodating, our personal concierge Sebastian was very attentive. The piano bar area was very cold, it was hard to sit in there and enjoy the evening activities. It also had a smell right in that little area.
