Located directly on the sand of Cancun Beach AND in the center of the Hotel Zone! Best of both worlds! Walk out of the lobby onto beautiful white sand AND walk 100 feet to The Forum with tons of restaurants, bars and shopping (Sr. Frogs, Coco Bongo). Corner unit with stunning views from every room!

2 balconies including a wrap around facing the ocean and another facing the lagoon. 24 hour security, free beach towels, sleeps 8 comfortably! Hosted by CancunNicole ®, the owner.

The condo has two bedrooms and two private bathrooms with a kitchen and everything you need to cook simple meals including a fridge, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave, glasses, silverware, kitchen utensils, cleaning service every other day.

FREE: Housekeeping (every other day), Beach Essentials (Umbrella, Chairs, Towel), Parking.
Gated property with 24 x 7 guards. Only registered guests can enter.

The first bedroom has two queen beds, a full size futon, a wrap around balcony with views of Cancun Beach for miles. The room also has the kitchen, dining and living area as well as a connected bathroom.

The second bedroom has one queen bed and a full size futon as well as a full size bathroom.

All of the condos are individual owned. The gated property is well maintained and secure with guards 24 hr per day.

Coco Bongo Beachclub is located next door and is open Monday -Friday 2pm - 6pm and occasionally on Friday and Saturday nights. The music can be heard from inside to condo during these hours.

This place was perfect for us!

Renting the property was easy, check in was smooth, the room was exactly as pictured and the location was perfect....literally in the middle of the club/bar strip so if you like to go out at night, this is the spot to be.

Location, location, location. Right on the beach. Views spectacular. Accommodations were very clean.

Location, location, location. Spectacular views. Right on the beach. Soothing wave sounds from ocean unit. Beautiful rock beach structures right outside the condo building. Accommodations were very clean. Rented side by side units. They were rough, older finishes. No blinds on the windows so bathing in the open. The lagoon unit facing the main drag heard music and partying into the morning hours. Overall, high recommendation to rent. We will be traveling back to Cancun and the Silvia Condo community,
