I had trouble selecting an all inclusive resort for my first trip with my kids to Cancun and my first all inclusive experience. Reviews seemed to vary so much. However I am so glad we chose this hotel. It was wonderful. The staff were amazing, the facilities were terrific, and we thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. My only complaint is that I wish they didn’t use plastic straws that are wrapped in plastic, especially given the proximity to the ocean and the need for straws for frozen drinks. Other than that, five stars. Absolutely planning to stay here on our next trip to Cancun!

I don’t ever take the time to write reviews. But, I felt on the behalf of my family we needed to share our truly wonderful experiences. From the time we arrived to the time we checked out. The Grand Fiesta made us feel like Family. First, the hotel is beautiful. The staff over the top accommodating, the food was amazing and the choices seemed endless. We are without a doubt coming back !
