It was amazing experience for three nights stay. Very close to ferry to Isla Mujeres and Chedraui Supermar to shop grocery and souvenirs. In addition, property' staff were very nice and kind for all. Two things needs to improve for this hotel: 1. Room cleaning 2. It is older property than Hyatt viva which is located on right next to Grand fiesta. so it feels very old which is not modern. Also, the beach is not big enough so spent most of time in the pool. overall, I was very satisfied during your stay. Thanks the team

My husband and I stayed here with our 1-year-old son and had the absolute best time! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the staff—they went above and beyond to make our stay so special and comfortable. Traveling with a little one can sometimes be stressful, but they made it easy and enjoyable for our family. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly amazing stay!

This place was amazing!! EVERY single staff member was so nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and relaxing. We went as a couples getaway trip but would definitely bring the kids to this hotel. Great pools, private beach and lots of stuff to keep everyone busy.

Beach was amazing, food was good, the main restaurant was at maintenance but Ricardo, Honorio and Gabriel made every effort to make our food experience unforgettable,The only issue was when the waiters refused to give us any food for the kids 20 minutes after checking out and they insisted we should pay for that, and it was 3 cheese pizzas for the kids , but they wanted us to pay 40 USD, despite confirming with Reception that we just checked out.

Nice experience overall The beach is so close to the hotel and pools which is so convenient Ricardo one of the managers made our stay really amazing however couple of waiters and barman were so rude and unprofessional Food was okay at breakfast and lunch Food at dinner was really amazing and dinner restaurants were the best.

The hospitality, activities, sate of the art wellness spa, pools and dining options make this place one of the best places to visit and experience. This hotel is worth any money you can spend. The entire facility, rooms and surrounding area kept clean at all times. Services , meals and beverages are premium. I give this hotel a 10/10.

Everyone was very friendly and the resort was comfortable and clean. Food was overall really good and the isla restaurant was excellent. The pools are amazing and the beach was clean and the sand soft.

I stayed at this resort in Cancun for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The beach was spotless, as the staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the resort. They were also very accommodating with our late check-out, which gave us peace of mind. I’ll definitely be back!
