We loved the service at the pool bars however the kids club was not great. I did not like the lunch options. All our dinners were great. Loved the cafe. Enjoyed all the pools. I wish there were more night shows. But the ones we saw were great. Our room was always cleaned promptly and room service was very quick and had good options.

The resort is lovely, with a great pool and well-maintained facilities. Everything was decent, and the cocktails were enjoyable. However, I wish there had been a deflector on the room’s A/C unit or an option to adjust the direction of the airflow. The air was blowing directly onto the bed, which disturbed my sleep a bit.

The beach was the most beautiful one we ever visited, better than Playa Del Carmen properties. However, 2 people including me got sick from our party after the last dinner at Torii. We were having constant diarrhea and vomiting since the dinner throughout the night until next morning. Fortunately one of the family members was a professional medical practitioner and properly treated to ease the symptoms so we did not seek other assistance from the hotel, but we did mention what happened upon checkout. However, the clerk didn’t seem to look so surprised to hear about the incident other than a word “sorry” which surprised us. I hope it was reached out to the management so they can take necessary actions to prevent any similar issues. Only reason I gave out 2-star is the beach and some of very diligent people working there. Other than that the property itself is pretty worn down and trying to sell their timeshare right after you enter is not so attractive.

Property was pretty clean however very outdated. Another annoying thing is that at any restaurant they will not accept you if you were see through or minimal clothing. They were telling people to go change in order to be seated. Its a beach resort I don't know why I have to wear regular clothes to eat breakfast/lunch.

This property is good to stay as multiple options to choose for restaurants, but need to train there staff to speak in English

Food was great!! Resort is really clean. Service was excellent. Beach was awesome. Nice clear water. I was there with my two daughter unfortunately night time entertainment on the resort is limited. Always had a lounge singer but there was no nightly shows. The shows they had weren’t advertised very well. However lots to do for adults within walking distances.

Very nice beach! Only problem was not all employees were on the same page. We wanted to inquire about a spa dinner but were given different answers.

This resort’s restaurant’s food was good, at least compared to other all inclusive resorts. The water was very clear and turquoise. Great service as well, for example, the main washrooms were all always being cleaned. Shows could be more entertaining, Expedia didn’t provide transportation at airport despite of having transportation clause at time of payment but after payment it was not included in confirmation email and we didn’t notice to the email. As always in our previous experiences for all inclusive packages the transportation was included. So, at the Cancun airport we forced to pay $160 for 20 minutes travel to resort, and after our complaining to hotel and Expedia neither of them didn’t accept our claim. Be aware and take photos from the explanations prior any payment.
