Very clean with friendly staff. Food wasn't too bad. We found that the kidz zone was too restrictive in terms of hours (i.e. not able to be with you kids in the kidz zone outside of (10 am - 1pm) so kids couldn't access the kids pool after 1pm unless left with their staff. Overall, nice resort and fantastic spa facility.
