This hotel is old compared to other properties and yet the price is the same when you compare to RUI or Dreams for example.
From the minute we went into the room the room was damp which is understandable in humid weather however our entire bedding was wet. We were
So miserable on our entire stay.
I dreaded going into our room. We asked for the sheets to be changed the first night but it was only replaced with more damp sheets. Let me ass we never left the balcony door open as they were staying we may have.
The pillows and mattress over time had already soaked in the damp air so no point in new sheets.
Pillows smelled awful. My whole family slept in robes. We had two rooms and our room had an old ac system and we had difficulty turning it off. Imagine with wet sheets and cold air blasting all night.
It’s always convenient to do all-exclusive but the restaurant food at the hotel was not the best. Felt like you were eating at a buffet with all the free restaurants inside the hotel.
Pool was nice but no jacuzzi and no entertainment at the pool for guests. Not a very lively hotel.
Ocean was nice. Service and people were great however I would not choose to return here.
