This resort is one of a kind in hotel zone due to convenient location, wonderful staff, transportation and value for the money. The major mall La Isla is across the street with lots of chic restaurants, ice cream, Mc Donald's and shopping. Also, ferris wheel is located in the mall. The resort has beautiful gigantic pools with infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Our studio was quite comfortable with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The staff was very helpful and Kary provided some great information about the area, weather and getting around on arrival. The list of pluses is going on and on. Will 100% stay in the resort if I return to Cancun next time.

Amazing staff!! The hotel food was very good and reasonable. The location is walkable to shopping at a high end mall with great restaurant options. Room was great with new furniture and everything needed in the kitchen for basic meals!! The pool and beach area had plenty of seating (August visit). Again, the service from the staff is amazing!! The best part of our visit was the awesome sea turtle conservation program at the property. We saw 8-9 loggerhead turtles build their nest then return to sea. We haven’t been to Cancun in 20 years, but we were surprised at how nice it is now. Definitely going back and staying at this property again.

Correct mais nous n’y reviendrons pas. Positif: chambre spacieuse et propre. Tres belle piscine. Grande plage. Négatif: d’une manière générale le service est très moyen. personnel de la piscine met de la pression pour ne pas reserver les places (45 minutes d’absence) et inscitent aux pourboires. Quasiment aucune animation. Prix des Restaurants (incluant celui de la piscine) assez chers. Si vous voulez boire un café ailleurs que dans votre chambre, vous devez aller l’acheter dans le starbuks situé dans le mini market de l’hotel pas possible d’avoir un café autour de la piscine ou la plage)

Room wasn’t ready at check-in…Reported AC not cooling, instead of swapping room, the next day I had to take 4+ hours out of my vacation with staff, machines, ladder in room trying to repair air. It wasn’t until I took out my phone and began recording the manager swapped our room. Then gave my family breakfast coupons which included coffee and fruit. This hotel ruined the first two days of our trip.

First time going to Cancun and glad we chose Westin Lagunamar to stay in. The staff was awesome and they work around the clock to keep the resort safe and clean!!! Loved the pool areas and the mini golf was fun!! La Isla is right across the street and has some awesome shops!! 10/10 rating from me and my wife

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin the room was clean and comfortable. We had a full kitchen so if we wanted to make a simple meal we all the amenities to do so.

The $538 Credit card charge was a suprise and another $430 charge was cause due them not checking to see if rooms had been paid for in advance through Expedia. I finally got the holds released 3 weeks after checking out. Additionally the hotel to the right is loud ALL THE TIME. get a room in the middle. Food and shopping across the street is resort priced.
