Loved it! We had a better beach then some high end resorts, it’s had a white sand part and clear waters not rocky. The ferry for isla Mujeres UltraMar is right next to the hotel, hotel has an optional buffet bracelet nice when your going to be swimming, excellent view, its own Cancún sign, the bus picks you up right infront, security was on it, felt very safe, and total communication with owner was amazing.

Our stay was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and the place has a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The hosts provided everything needed for a great stay. Fast internet, smart TV, beach towels, bathroom essentials, water and coffee. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Cancun.

Luis and Rosy are very kind, friendly and attentive hosts. Their place is perfect, very comfortable and in a beautiful property with two beaches close to the ferry. It’s perfect for one or two people and their view is spectacular! I am walker so I would walk into the hotel zone or down to Centro. If you’re not a walker, the R1 and R2 provide easy transportation to wherever you want to go. See you next year!

We had a wonderful time in this cozy studio/condo - one of our favorite places we've stayed at. The decor was cute and tasteful, the condo had all the amenities one could want. The hosts, Luis and Rosy were the kindest, most considerate people we've ever dealt with. The condo is indeed steps from the beach and the amenities at the resort were available to us. HIGHLY recommend!!

Lovely people - owners, service, cleanliness and hard working. The view alone is stupendous. The beach is sweet and small. The water so easy for families and those of us who just wanted to float. The food was excellent and varied.

It was a nice stay. It would have been nice to have a water cooler on the premise, ice maker and air fryer as it was had to fry everything in a frying pan. The room was clean, great view the meals on site were rather pricey and when asked what the meal was for Christmas they had no answer except it was 60 USD PER PERSON! Luis and Rosy were great hosts and very attentive to our needs.

The host was very accommodating and friendly , he and his wife met us at the condo and showed us the unit and how everything worked. It was very clean and included everything we needed for a two week stay. The view from the unit is excellent, ocean front. You can watch the ferries and catamarans coming and going all day. The beach with loungers is very close to the unit. The place goes quiet at 10 each night and we never had trouble sleeping. You can buy coupons from the front desk to eat at the buffet and it includes alcoholic beverages, very reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay at this unit again.

My experience at this property was pretty amazing. The host Luis was super accommodating and professional. The condo is neat, tidy, clean and fully equipped with supplies. The view from the bedroom is spectacular and the beach is less than 2 min away. The staff at the property are super friendly and helpful. This location is perfect. Transportation is a one straight shot each way. It travels downtown, giving access to multiple tourist activities, stores, restaurants, there's also a supermarket near by. I felt really safe amongst all the other tourist and the locals. The highlight of dining at the resort was "Mexican Night" held every Thursday. They served authentic Mexican food, desserts, drinks, entertainment. And the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this place for a short getaway or lengthy stay. Anything and everything that you think you'll need to make this a great and memorable vacation is in the area at your fingertips. Great location🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌.
