“Luxury” room - old, loud, and tiny decrepit bathroom. Bugs hatched inside during our stay. The breakfast waiter yelled at us for coming to eat 30 min after start time. Tried to make us pay for the room again after we prepaid through hotels.com

Muito bom as cautela

Checkin demorado e com recepção ineficiente. Cafe da manhã dentro do esperado mas sem padronização dos itens. R$ 28 por dia de estacionamento sob péssima justificativa de “vigilância”, mas que na vdd era uma clara tentativa de “pegar mais dinheiro”, visto que a tentativa se manteve mesmo após questionado se poderia estacionar na rua. Ao fim, sem ter como justificar, acabou por retirando a cobrança do extrato. O carro passou bem, obrigado!

O hotel está envelhecido. . A tampa do vaso no banheiro estava solta e rachada , com manchas. O rolo de papel higiênico no suporte estava pela metade e não havia papel adicional Água ao lado do box sem ter sido usado. Lençóis encardidos e com bolinhas, áspero. Um dos travesseiros tinha manchas de uso! Devem corrigir!

Boa opção em canela

Estadia muito boa, com ótima recepção e localização. Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e o café da manhã é muito bom. Falta acessibilidade na pousada, uma vez que o acesso aos quartos é somente por escada. Há também barulho dos carros que passam na avenida movimentada que fica defronte ao hotel. Dentro do hotel, há áreas de descanso com muito verde, ótimo para descansar, relaxar e tirar fotos. Os serviços de massagem do spa são bons e a profissional que nos atendeu foi bastante educada e eficiente. Valeu a estadia.

Pousada para relaxar e aproveitar muito

Incrível, o estabelecimento é fantástico, ficamos hospedados pouco mais de 1 semana, o café da manhã preparado pelo Sr. Maurício é espetacular, todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e foi tudo excelente. Por se tratar de uma pousada com a finalidade de SPA relaxante, nós não conseguimos aproveitar todos os serviços ofertados, temos 2 crianças e o casal perde um pouco esse direito, mas nada que desabone a pousada. Os ambientes são bem decorados e ideal para quem procura um ambiente de calma e paz. Recomendo muito essa pousada, que fica na metade do caminho entre Canela e Gramado, próximo de tudo, de frente a uma ótima pizzaria. De todas as vezes que fui a Gramado, certamente essa foi a que melhor fiquei hospedado.

Lugar Fantástico!!!!!

Melhor lugar que já ficamos em Canela, tudo simplesmente fantástico, desde a localização, recepção (Túlio e Eduardo), café da manhã maravilhoso, sou intolerante a lactose e se preocupavam em trazer meu leite zero na mesa (Sr. Mauricio e Jojô - uma dedicação com todos), a limpeza do quarto ótima, quarto espaçoso, com ante sala, e um lugar com lareira lindo!!! Ficamos apaixonados por tudo. Tive o privilégio de conhecer a proprietária D. Esther, uma pessoa muito simpática e dedicada com todos os detalhes. Tinha um chá da tarde, lindo, com bolos e as mesas sempre postas. Meu marido fez massagens com a Andréia e adorou.

A pousada é para quem quer realmente descansar e fugir das multidões de Gramado e canela. Decoração muito agradável, tudo de excelente qualidade. A hidromassagem do quarto era muito boa. Tem chá da tarde, café da manhã. O SPA tbm é muito bem decorado. Recomendo para viagens de casal e para um descanso profundo.
