Beautiful Family-Friendly 3 Bedroom Condo with Heated Outdoor Pool

Located at the family friendly resort of 'The Lodges at Canmore', our condo provides a relaxing, spacious basecamp to explore the majestic Canadian Rockies.
Canmore itself and the surrounding area feature year round, unlimited outdoor recreational activities. Within 30 minutes of our condo are 5 world class golf courses. Golfing at both Silvertip and Stewart Creek is perhaps one of the most scenic you will ever experience and both are just 10 minutes away.
For skiers, the world class ski resorts of Banff Sunshine, Banff Norquay, Nakiska and Lake Louise are all between 20-45 mins away. In addition, The Canmore Nordic Ski Centre, which provides world class cross country skiing in the winter and fantastic mountain biking in the summer is just a mere 5 minutes away.
The Bow River, which runs through the heart of Canmore, offers fishing, canoeing and rafting as well as scenic, peaceful walks and bike rides.
And finally, for those who love to hike......take your pick! There are countless trails for all abilities and ages which provide some of the most breathtaking scenery imaginable. We have provided some books at the condo to help you in your decision making!
After a full day of adventure, it's time to relax. Take advantage of one of the resorts 3 hot tubs or take a swim in the heated, year round, outdoor pool ( a huge hit with kids!). Then retreat to our comfortable, well equipped condo. The condo was exactly as advertised. Located centrally in Canmore and about 45min-1hr away from the ski lifts and 20 min from Banff. Our host John was courteous, informative and available when we needed him. The condo is a little dated - but a great value.

The unit itself was fine, although the fireplace didn't work ( the listing and information from the owner had indicated a work fireplace). Our only real complaint was that there was a lot of noise from the outdoor pool across the street that went on until pretty late.

Overall an excellent property. The entrance and exit vehicle doors to the underground parking are very narrow. I suggest removing the centre post between the doors and putting in one wide door for entrance and exit instead of two doors.

Great location for access to restaurants, Legacy and Bow River Trails. Host information and contact was top notch. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of room to visit, play cards, etc. Well furnished kitchen and bathrooms.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean, and had a nicely equipped kitchen, although we did not cook in it. It is nicely decorated, and has books and movies that families would enjoy. The walls and flooring show some wear, and some baseboard molding needs refinishing. While the location of the Lodges at Canmore is fine, the location of this particular condo in the complex is not so good. Being on the Main floor right next to the street and across from the pool meant that it was noisy. When we opened the windows to get fresh air, you could hear other people's loud voices. On two of the four nights we stayed, we had to call the security staff because other residents were talking outside so loudly after midnight, which violated the 10pm-7am quiet hour rules. The unit smelled like someone had smoked in it some time in the past. The middle bedroom walls were scuffed and dirty in places. The master bedroom king size bed frame footboard had wooden side wings that stuck out about 6 inches on both sides, and were hard to avoid colliding with when walking around the bed. The hot tub hours (10am-10pm) prevented us from using the hot tub between 7am and 10am, when we would have liked to use it. We feel that the hot tub hours should match the non-quiet hours policy (7am-10pm). We felt that this condo was overpriced for the value. We would not stay in this particular condo in the future, due to the reasons already mentioned.

Lovely place. We'll be back! Good size condo with two full bathrooms which made all the difference. A well stocked kitchen -- coffee, paper towels, kleenex, condiments, etc. Easy walking distance to downtown Canmore and local restaurants and coffee shops.

Lovely Stay in Canmore

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this lovely condo. The set up worked very well for our group (grandma grandpa, mom dad, and 2 kids) and all 3 bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was stocked with thoughtful details (salt pepper, coffee filters, saran wrap etc) in addition to dishes and cookware. The pool was a big hit and we also really enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful weather. We didn't have any trouble with noise from traffic or other guests and enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open. The location was perfect for heading to Banff and venturing out on hikes in and around Canmore as well. John was an excellent host - we received detailed check-in instructions well in advance of our arrival and he was helpful and responsive in answering questions.

Absolutely Perfect Stay for Families!We had a fantastic experience at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything about it felt warm and welcoming. As a family with young kids, we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—there were plenty of toys, books, and movies to keep the little ones entertained.When we discovered the pack and play was broken, the owners immediately brought us a brand new one within the hour—truly above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay.The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown Canmore with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and trails. The pool area was clean and the water was perfectly warm.We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, especially families!

Great condo for a family of 6

The condo was perfect....had enough room for our family of 6. We were attending our daughter's wedding at Lake Minnewanka and it was close proximity. We cooked breakfasts and a couple dinners so was awesome to have the BBQ, large kitchen and addition of spices/coffee for our use. I would highly recommend this very clean condo! If we ever are back with same size group we will for sure seek out this same condo! Thanks again!!

Wonderful getaway!

We have stayed in Canmore several times at various places and this is our new favourite! Communication from the owner was excellent - John's instructions were all very clear so finding the place and check-in was super quick! The condo was clean and spacious and very well-stocked with supplies and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The only downside was that the hot tub in the building was down for repair, however we were able to access the one in another building across the street. It was always busy when we returned from the day's activities so we only got into it once. Oh well! We will definitely be back!
