This well equipped condo comes with a king bedroom with ensuite washroom and a TV, a second queen bedroom, a pullout queen sofa, a luxurious main washroom with a jetted tub, a 2nd 50 inch Samsung smart TV in the living room, a gas fireplace, central air conditioning, 5 appliances, balcony with a BBQ, and a free dedicated heated underground parking spot. The location is excellent, walking distance to shops, and with amazing amenities in the building which include the Grande Kitchen and Bar, an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, and a gym.
