Rooms are dirty, cold and the young girl on reception appeared to be more content on being on her phone. We also had to move room as the power went so something seriously not right. Was told pool not accessible despite being advertised at time of booking. Dissapointed kids

The room was neglected. The kitchen faucet constantly leaked, the ensuite dryer was broken, the room smelled of mildew, the curtain in the bedroom was broken. There was no coffee, sugar or cream in the room (was told you had to pay at the restaurant for cream) The front desk staff (Raj) was condescending, abrupt and rude when we asked for help. The pictures of the suite showed a stand alone soaker tub (no soaker tub in the room) and we were told that kind of room didn’t exist. We were told ice was a charge of $5.00 a bag, The tiles at the pool were lifting and cutting hazard on your feet. Underground parking was extremely limited and very tight stalls (the passenger had to get out before parking in the stall. The room was dirty on arrival (white stains on the chairs, curtains, and bath curtain. We were told check out was at 11:00 but we got called by phone saying to leave at 10:00 and then a knock on the door saying we needed to leave before 11. No house keeping during our entire 3 night stay. Kids playing soccer in the hallways in the evening, It was an awful stay. We did not feel welcome, relaxed, or comfortable in the dirty and poorly maintained space. When we asked to switch rooms we were told they were fully booked (valentines weekend) and for us to find another hotel would be impossible. We are from hours away..

My stay was unpleasant from the get go, interesting directions to get to our room from the front staff. To then our parking stall being taken, and a broken elevator made for a difficult start to our stay. The room was in decent condition but our thermostat wasn’t working, overall would not recommend staying here!

Front desk staff were not helpful or accommodating. Underground parking will not accommodate an suv with a ski box, we were told to park in another area, that was also full. Upon check in, we were not told the elevator near our room was not functioning, which was not helpful given how far the rooms are away from reception. It’s really a 3 star hotel trying to be upscale with the renovations.

Room was in decent condition, they are in the middle of doing renos. Our room was recently painted, paint spots all over the floor, and had a strong odour, looked like everything was quickly put back together. We kept our patio door open as much as we could, luckily it was nice outside. Room wasn’t very clean, finger prints everywhere, dirty floors especially in bathroom, foot prints in shower, furniture especially couch was very stained and quite disgusting, coffee makers could use and update. Resort was ok, kids liked the pool area, good breakfast in restaurant. Resort staff wasn’t the most friendly but overall decent stay.

Unfortunately nowhere in our booking did it say we were in the Annex building until our check in. With this room we had no access to the property amenities listed, I.e. the pool and hot tub. Despite, in the room itself, there was a sign speaking to the “pool towels”. The bathroom also had red/pink mold in the ceiling and black mold in the shower. At check out the lady was on a personal call and didn’t even end it to help me. She said something to the man and he stopped talking. The phone was on speaker. Very unfortunate and we likely won’t try to stay here again. We had one previous experience that was ok too. Construction/renovations continue and so we were forgiving of some things previously, but this time sucked. Will not recommend staying here. out the front desk lady was on a p

Room was so hot (28 degrees), had to run a/c all night even in January. Also booked on expedia which said we would have pool access, however as soon as you book you get an email that pool access is no longer included. This should be corrected on Expedia.

I did explain already the checkin concern. The staff member was great but with there being only one of her, we waited for a very long time. We have a 5 month old baby who needed a nap and a feed, waiting made it stressful for everyone. The room was disgusting. It was sticky and stale, not cleaned very thoroughly. I snapped a few photos if you’d like to understand better. There is grime buildup on every door and frame, the kitchen cabinets and closets. The floor itself was so gross. At one point I spilled some water and used a paper towel to wipe it up, the paper towel came up nearly black with grime. Both showers need a good scrub and re-caulk. There is clearly mildew in each corner. Further, one of the showers barely worked.

checked in Friday night, the lady at the checkin was a bit harsh, telling us about " no room service, 20$ if you mess up the fragile key card and you are in the separate building so pool access means you can go to the municipal pool. Not the hotel pool and hot tub. So we are in the bunkhouse.
